Who we are : Goodall, Pelt & Carper, P.C. is a team of legal professionals led by attorneys Bob Goodall, Jason Pelt, and Brittany Carper. We are a general practice firm, concentrating in several areas of practice.

Experience : Bob Goodall has represented thousands of Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania area residents in legal transactions and in court since 1973. Jason Pelt is a former Marine JAG prosecutor and is licensed in Virginia, Florida, and Washington, D.C. Brittany Carper is a Virginia licensed attorney whose practice focuses on family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. We are committed to the zealous and effective representation of our clients within the bounds of ethics.
